Description

We are seeking a Systems Administrator in the construction/contractor industry. The role involves administration of the Procore platform, streamlining project management processes, and providing technical expertise in evaluating, integrating, and deploying platform and system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Procore instance, configurations, software upgrades, environments, reporting, and associated 3rd-party add-ins.

• Develop and implement methods to integrate Procore platform software into project management, engineering, design, certification, construction, and planning processes.

• Collaborate with IT and project teams to automate inputs and processes from multiple existing enterprise-level tools.

• Work with internal teams to support integrations and data sharing amongst multiple engineering disciplines and departments.

• Implement and support internal tools, systems, and environments for project management groups using Procore and other software tools that integrate data and project documentation management.

• Automate processes through standardized workflows, templates, and other means.

• Train and mentor Procore users, document and communicate training materials and work instructions, and provide employee training for new versions of software.

• Build excellent professional relationships with project managers, contractors, subs, and customers, and business stakeholders.

• Continually update "best practices" for Procore usage.

Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Configuration Management and Deployments.

• Proficiency in Application Integration and Implementation is a must.

• Should have a strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

• Experience in Construction Applications Software is required.

• Should be able to handle system administration in a construction or contractor industry setting.

• Must be adept at troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

• Should be able to maintain system efficiency.

• Must ensure the design of the system allows all components to work properly together.

• Should be able to make recommendations for future upgrades.

• Must maintain the network and system security.

• Should evaluate and modify the system's performance.

• Must possess the ability to add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.

• Should be able to maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.

• Must ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.

• Should have the ability to make decisions that are critical in nature to ensure the security of the system.

• Must be able to educate staff on logging and password security.
