General Laborer

PeopleReady of  Springville, CA is now hiring General Laborers! Client is seeking 2 highly dependable, hard-working associates for 2 week project in Sequoia Mountains near Springville California. Associates will need to reside in the Porterville/Springville area and have reliable transportation to-and-from the job site- transportation pay will be included. Daily Schedule is typically 7am-4pm M-F, with the possibility of overtime.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a General Laborer:

  • Perform general site clean-up 

  • Move, load, or unload materials 

  • Assist in light construction if necessary  

  • Remove debris and trash from work site 

  • Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training 

  • Use equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment 

  • Helping remove brush and debris from road ways.

  • Aiding in clean-up of worksite.

  • Assisting in other general labor tasks as needed.

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

  • MUST have reliable transportation. - You will be driving up to an hour to-and-from the site.

  • MUST have steel-toed boots. (Additional PPE can be provided at our Visalia Branch)

  • MUST be able to lift up to 100lbs and stand for long periods of time.
