US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. We are seeking a Systems Administrator that can work independently – please read below!

Serves as a member of the Knowledge Management Team for the United States Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems - extended (US BICES-X) program.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports in support of monthly contract (CDRL) compliance

  • Design and build dashboards and reports in ServiceNow and/or Tableau to support our Program, Governance, and Service Providers

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Leverage the various reporting and presentation tools to provide analysis and recommendations

  • Use data analytics to provide actionable, timely and accurate reporting to improve service delivery and infrastructure management

  • Monitor and query the IT Service Delivery platform to analyze demand, usage, and performance

  • Works with the ITSM Process Leads and Customer Engagement Teams to identify and monitor process performance

  • Analyze, define, and report on trends identified in the data

  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff.

  • Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working with business intelligence, data management, analytics, reporting, or related role

  • Must possess and maintain a SECRET Clearance.

  • BA/BS required

  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Proficient in the application Tableau

  • Proficient in ServiceNow Reporting

  • Ability to multi-task and lead teams with minimal supervision

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where project parameters can change quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL V3 Foundation currently or V4

  • Experience utilizing business analytics to enable organizational learning and data-driven decisions.
