What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Human Resource Administrator Lead that's responsible for the performance of Human Resource management and technical support to projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.

More About the Role:

  • Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project management/administrative support for the program.

  • Responsible for project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.

  • Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. May oversee facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.

  • Optimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel and implements quality assurance program directives.

  • Assists in defining and implementation of program schedules for all employee activities, including travel, benefits etc.

  • Coordinates with COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as required.

  • Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.

  • Serves as Day one coordinator for new hires.

  • Facilitate onboarding process.

  • Prepare/ facility Deployment process requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.

  • Requires bachelor's degree (in a technical field or business administration) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (technical project support or management) experience.

  • Understanding of contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts.

  • Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements.

  • Skilled briefer to acclimate new hires in program and corporate requirements.

  • Trains and directs employee work activities. Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems, and has input to hiring.
