Responsibilities

  • What You'll Do

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in the management of Real Property including leasing and similar inter-agency support agreements as well as demonstrated success supporting related integrated project teams. A background in reporting, participating in audits, and interfacing with space management personnel is desired.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, monitor and manage External Space Support Agreements for the Agency.

  • Complete real property reporting as required IAW NGA Financial Management (FM) guidance and assist with lease audit reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to assist with forecasting space requirements and maintaining an overall situational awareness of space and support agreement requirements across NGA.

  • The candidate shall track and review all deliverables and taskers related to NGA’s Security and Installations Office (SIO) and the NGA Infrastructure and Space Board (NISB) to ensure compliance and timeliness of responses.

  • Responsible for coordinating annual updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), charters and manuals.

  • Utilizing SharePoint workflows and Archibus to facilitate Real Property Accountability Process (RPAP) approvals and reviews.

  • Coordinating development of briefing materials, agendas, meeting notes, and official records for the NISB.

  • Track and consolidate inputs SIO and Agency taskers via N-Certs.

  • Managing and coordinating team calendars, emergency contact lists and org charts.

  • Oversee records management requirements IAW NGA’s Records Management policies.

  • Using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create, maintain, and update files.

Qualifications

  • Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field

  • Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience

  • Security Clearance

  • TS/SCI clearance
