We seek Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) for full or part-time positions in our Springfield, PA location.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

If you are located in Springfield, PA, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems

  • Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate

  • Conducts individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology

  • Independent mental health license in Pennsylvania

  • 2+ years of clinical experience

  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

  • Proven solid computer and basic technology skills

  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

  • Ability to be self-motivated, independent and able to quickly build rapport with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced with children or adolescents

  • Experience with couples or family counseling

  • Experience with health psychology

  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
