PeaceHealth Physician - GI Hospitalist in Springfield, Oregon

Description

Gastroenterology Hospitalist physician to join our growing program at PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center, Level II Trauma Center located in Springfield, Oregon.

  • Single coverage, adult GI Hospitalist program.

  • Inpatient responsibilities only.

  • Rounding on patients, new consults, and procedures (must be qualified to perform ERCP).

  • Access to specialty consults if needed and the GI outpatient team.

  • 12-hour shifts with overnight call, block schedule for work life balance.

  • Expected patient load is 10 patients/day.

  • RiverBend is highly regarded for quality-of-care and has been recognized for numerous awards in both quality and excellence.

Springfield is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River.
