Join our team of manufacturing professionals dedicated to exceeding customer expectations! We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support our commitment to quality products and services.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC machines for new parts using knowledge of machining processes, speeds/feeds, tooling selection
  • Analyze tool wear, perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines 
  • Problem solve equipment/part issues through troubleshooting and adjustment of offsets
  • Maintain ability to hold tight tolerances through CNC machining 
  • Follow documented quality systems and processes to satisfy customer needs
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment 
  • Assist supervisor and collaborate cross-functionally as needed

Required Skills:

  • Previous CNC programming and machinist experience 
  • High school diploma/GED; formal training in CNC machining preferred
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control techniques
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maximizing manufacturing efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Willingness to continually improve processes
