This position is responsible for performing daily operational functions and processes within the Trust Operations team, including but not limited to; reconciling assigned accounts (GL, bank, or suspense accounts) daily, monthly, and quarterly, assisting with tax preparation functions, and assisting with posting transactions and gathering reports.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a trust department or with trust accounting systems (securities settlement experience preferred), as well as experience with financial operations (back office). High school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is a plus. Candidate must be willing to cross-train and take on additional responsibilities over time, must have excellent team work and communication skills, and ability to multi-task and organize workload with little supervision. Knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
