CITY OF SPRINGFIELD Seasonal Laborer - Hazelwood Cemetery in SPRINGFIELD, Missouri

Do you want to spend your summer serving your community while gaining valuable working experience? Come work for the City of Springfield's Public Works Department! As a Seasonal Laborer, you will perform a variety of manual labor tasks associated with the maintenance, repair, construction, cleaning and operation of City infrastructure.

ThePublic Groundsdivision is responsible for the maintenance and care of City right-of-ways, facility grounds and beautification projects; under this assignment, you would be assigned to the crew at the Hazelwood Cemetery.

PLEASE NOTE - *These positions will be40 HOURS PER WEEKand workONLYApril 1st through September 30th.*

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training

PREFERRED

  • Experience in grounds, roads, and/or building construction or maintenance work.

Licensing/Certification

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
