Job Description:

Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs.

  • Rental Coordination: Assist fellow sales representatives in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions.

  • Contract Management: Open and close rental contracts in adherence to company policies and customer requirements.

  • Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Inside Sales Representative Preferred Qualifications:

  • Service Excellence: Exceptional talent for providing superior customer service and support.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with effective listening skills.
