Hours: 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Hydraulic Parts Counter role in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire opportunity on 1st shift.
Hydraulic Parts Counter Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Greet customers at the parts counter - Parts inventory - Look up part information for customers in the computer database - Sort, label, and stock parts and products into the bins and locations in the backroom - Stock the shelves in the front retail store - Lift, load, and assist customers with their parts orders; this could be anything from small engine parts up to large heavy cylinders, wheels, or tractor components - Answer phone calls and assist customers with online orders
Hydraulic Parts Counter Requirements: - Previous customer service experience in parts counter sales in the hydraulic, construction, agricultural, or automotive industries - Mechanical and mathematical aptitude - Basic data entry/keyboard skills/computer aptitude - Inventory control knowledge - Accuracy, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize - Stand, walk, bend, and lift 10-50lbs - Ability to work in a team environment
