Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This role involves overseeing the work of Clinical Providers, facilitating productive supervisory sessions, managing schedules efficiently, and providing top-quality counseling services. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in a human services field and licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP in the state of Missouri.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide supervision to Clinical Providers and hold regular individual and team meetings• Manage supervisees' time effectively according to DMH standards and departmental requirements• Deliver individual, group, family, and/or other practical counseling services tailored to clients' needs• Present educational materials in public forums to boost community comprehension of mental health• Participate in staffing of clients to pinpoint issues, set goals, and assume management responsibilities• Contribute to emergency services for swift aid during emotional crises• Oversee comprehensive follow-ups for clients previously managed• Review and monitor documentation, providing corrective feedback and disciplinary action when necessary• Participate in recruitment processes as needed• Report critical incidents and staff responses to higher management• Actively participate in staff development and training activities• Cooperate with quality assurance and utilization review procedures

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:• Master's degree in a Human Services field• Licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP in Missouri
