As a Client Access Supervisor, you'll provide day-to-day leadership for the performance of client access functions, including overseeing scheduling and timecards, answering phone calls and emails, supervising and hiring staff, and maintaining confidentiality of client and proprietary business information. Your main responsibilities will include providing direct oversight and support of the Client Access teams, promoting operational efficiency, enhancing the client experience, and adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling and timecards of all office employees to ensure productivity and deadline attainment

  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff

  • Supervise and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, and relative to client check-in and check-out

  • Monitor non-clinical office supply inventories and order accordingly

  • Interview, hire, and assist with training new team members; coach and mentor existing team members

  • Place an emphasis on client quality, convenience, and customer service

  • Participate in disciplinary actions and performance evaluations

  • Implement programs and practices designed to improve operations, staff retention, and employee engagement

  • Ensure all cash management procedures are followed

  • Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and proprietary business information

  • Understand and follow all company policies and practices regarding HIPAA and CFR Part II

  • Attend all required management meetings and trainings

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired

  • Minimum of two-years related experience preferred in medical office, hospital, medical call center or similar customer service environment

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to build effective relationships within and across departments

  • Strong customer service orientation skills and ability to multitask and be a team player

  • Ability to work independently, strong time management and organizational skills
