Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families, dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities. Looking for a well-seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) able to provide expertise and guidance to all levels of management for assigned business units in the following areas: recruitment, compensation analysis, ADA compliance, leadership training, workplace investigations, organizational development, benefits administration, and adept at handling complex employee relations. The Senior HR Business Partners are Human Resources professionals (SR HRBP) that collaborate with the program?s leadership team on important HR issues and help develop strategies for the organization. Senior HR Business Partners are Human Resources professionals who actively integrate the business strategy with people management practices. The business partner is the link between HR and the business, advising and supporting managers on strategic and employee issues and helping them implement high-performing, integrated HR practices. The SR HRBP is a jack-of-all-trades, knowledgeable in various HR functions and ready to provide support with a sense of urgency where needed. Professional HR certification is also preferred: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or SPHR. (Preferred) Other required skills include extensive knowledge of relevant employment laws in Massachusetts, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to make formal presentations on HR-related topics are also required.
