To excel as a Residential Group Home - Program Manager at Pathlight, you\'ll need a diverse skill set. A strong foundation in social sciences, human services, or business administration equivalent to a 4-year college education will be essential. With at least 3 to 5 years of progressive learning and proven supervisory experience, you\'ll showcase your leadership abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and applications is a must, enabling you to effectively manage program coordination and documentation. Additionally, possessing a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation is necessary to ensure seamless operations and client support. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Broad knowledge of a related discipline such as social sciences, human services or business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education. Over 3 years and including 5 years of progressive learning experience including demonstrated supervisory experience. Working knowledge of computer systems programs and applications.
