This is your chance to use a contract role as an entry point with one of the area's largest employers in the finance industry. Start out with this Recordkeeping Specialist role and see where it goes from there! Expected to last through September. Role is currently remote and offers a pay rate of $18 per hour. In this role, you'll work on a team that provides ongoing administration of pension plans and provides top-notch customer service to customers within that book of business. Some of the tasks you'll handle include payment reconciliation, annuitant account updates, and annuitant research. Each day, you'll work within a queue to process requests and will operate in accordance with several established standards of business practice. Some of your communication with customers will require you to take complex situations and communicate them effectively to customers or other involved parties.
