Our Agency with Choice program services adults with disabilities through support that reflects the goals of independence, self-advocacy, agency, and self-expression. For this position we are looking for an experienced professional to assist a young adult with developmental disabilities in building their independence and fulfilling their goals. Duties include, but are not limited to: Facilitating community integration cultivating socialization developing independence in areas of activities of daily living Perform some personal care duties Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous knowledge and experience working with individuals with disabilities Over 1 year up to and including 3 years working with children/adults with autism Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities Required Qualifications: Requires valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation/vehicle.
