Responsible for assessing and attending to member?s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The LPN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met. Qualifications: Associate\'s degree with LPN certification and 1-2 years related experience. One year of supervisory or human service experience is desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations. Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential.
