Guidewire Inc. is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency that provides residential, and day supports to adults with developmental disabilities throughout Hampden & Berkshire counties. We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and communicative team member to join our multi-disciplinary Clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, a desire to help others, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. The Clinician role provides evaluation, research of interventions, staff training, clinical assessments, applied behavior analytic interventions, skill building, and drafting behavior plans for individuals supported by Guidewire, Inc. This is a (40) hour per week position, with flexibility. We offer generous paid time off, health, dental, 401K with match potential, and a safe work environment for everybody.   • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Master’s Degree preferred, or, working on completing master’s degree

  • Background and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Experience working direct care with adults or children with disabilities

BCBA candidate supervision provided at no cost, as part of being employed in this position. Two BCBA supervisors are currently on staff.
