Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior ServiceNow engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The Senior ServiceNow engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to create custom applications, workflows, and integration to enhance and support our IT and Business customers. This position designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements

  • Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites

  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions

  • Consistently apply best practices and drive for continuous improvement

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • 5 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform including: ITSM(Incident, Change, Problem, etc), ITOM(CMDB, Discovery, Asset, etc), SecOps and Service Portal

  • Experience with Service Now patching and Version upgrades

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP and API’s

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, EAM or others.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS and SQL

  • Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)

  • Previous experience in PBM / health care industry

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as needed for technical support and/or project needs

  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to a Manager in the Information Technology department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $87,200.00 - $139,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
