Here you'll get the chance to work on projects that will build on your technology and business skills, support organizations undergoing large-scale transformation, and help our clients achieve a higher level of service and business value.

Work you'll do

As a Solution Analyst, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

  • Support project requirements, as documented in the Training Plan/Statement of Work

  • Utilize a content style guide that includes tone of voice, glossary, and guidelines to develop training materials

  • Develop creative training solutions to meet client goals through use of various adult learning principles and ADDIE framework; rationalize solutions to delivery leads and subject matter experts

  • Incorporate delivery lead and subject matter expert feedback into training materials in a timely fashion

  • Develop customized training solutions and draft deliverables utilizing strong skills in problem solving, grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail

  • Support vILT and/or Train-the-Trainer delivery

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study

  • Business, Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Organization Behavior or other related field

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

  • All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

  • Must live in a commutable distance to the following location: Springfield, IL

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity and understanding of business, management, human resources, or instructional design, development and delivery

  • Project management support and work plan development experience

  • Experience and use of adult learning principles, ADDIE modeling, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and authoring tools (Captivate, Vyond, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)

  • Risk and issue management background

  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism

  • Creativity, self-confidence, and a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity

  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort with learning new technologies

  • Awareness of ADDIE Methodology and Adult Learning Principles

  • Demonstrated training material design, development, and delivery experience

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and task completion skills
