Our Onsite Staffing Vendor Manager is accountable for:
Must have 3-5 years recruiting in a high volume, high turnover environment.
Perform consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent.
Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions. Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate as appropriate.
Essential Skills:
Experience in high volume recruiting environments, including light industrial, manufacturing, and production.
Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers.
Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.
Technology savvy, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
Position is hybrid, onsite in Lake County, IL two times per month.
Salary Range - $51,300 to $65,000
