American Battery Solutions has a full-time opening for a second shift production operator in Springboro, Ohio. Second Shift - 3 pm to 11:30 pm Job Summary The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products. Responsibilities * Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals. * Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies. * Adhere to all company policies and rules. * Maintain a safe and clean working environment. * Perform Preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support TPM. * Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system. * Support MRO Planner with daily activities. * Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines. * Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews. * Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.) * Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment. * Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies. * Support weekend and off-shift work as required. * Other duties as assigned. * Predictable and reliable attendance. Position Qualifications * A high school diploma or GED is required. * Preferred manufacturing experience. * Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001. * Adhere to all company policies and rules. * Able to work in a team environment.
