HP Inc. Order to Cash program manager in Spring, Texas

This role is part of the OTC Order To Cash COE and will be part of broader Lead To Cash program.

Order to Cash COE Program Manager and Change Agent

The Supply Chain (SC) OTC Order To Cash COE team provides leadership in delivering global order to cash solutions to order to cash functions across HP.  As a Program Manager you will lead and participate in transformation and innovation projects across the SC OTC COE Domain.   You will work with Global Business Teams, IT, BI, and Data Intelligence teams to enable solutions that deliver critical capabilities needed to manage planning operations. The Project Manager role involves leading teams/workstreams to ensure successful project implementation (timeline, deliverables, risks, sponsor communication ... ). With the focus on management of change, you will apply a comprehensive set of change management strategies to lead change management activities for various projects within the SC Order To Cash organizations.  You will conduct detailed change impact assessments, define and execute a plan to address major risk areas, define communication strategies across organizations, and manage training and transition activities to attain a positive outcome for internal customers. The position requires business acumen in Demand or Supply Planning, a strong leadership, and an ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans including change management activities.

  • Develop detailed change management, communication, and transition plans

  • Manage stakeholder engagement, and provide a project status on a regular basis to sponsors and stakeholders (including executive level management)

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance and foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of process and systems, as well as solution adoption.

  • Identify and manage project dependencies, and drive strategies to mitigate project risks.

  • Document training requirements and support training design and delivery

  • Conduct change impact and risk assessment and execute risk mitigation strategies

  • Support and lead conversations on definition of roles and responsibilities for newly defined processes

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Knowledge and skills

  • Strong leadership in managing complex, cross-functional, global initiatives.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while being a constructive contributor to a team.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship building, and collaboration skills.

  • Effective time management skills and critical thinking.

  • Ability/willingness to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills at all organizational levels

  • Solid understanding of project and change management methodology, tools, and application

  • Demonstrated skills in conflict management and facilitation

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint is required.

  • Strong analytical skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area

  • Experience with Order To Cash and overall supply chain business processes and systems

  • Experience working with SDLC / Agile development.

  • PMP certification and/or Lean Sigma preferred

  • Change management experience desired
