Our corporate learning and development team seeks a learning portfolio manager that supports the skill development of our global technical employee population.

Responsibilities:

Leads and is the primary point of contact for enterprise-level technical employee skill development.

Designs, creates, and manages skill development solutions for technical employees by:

  • Utilizing human-centered design methods.

  • Closely partnering with key stakeholders in the Talent & Learning organization and across HP.

  • Collaborating with learning solution managers and designers to develop holistic learning experiences.

  • Establishing clear, concise, and achievable learning objectives that align with performance and business needs.

  • Architecting the appropriate content, innovative technology, support, practice, coaching, and measurement.

  • Developing effective engagement and adoption campaigns and strategies.

Education and Experience Required:

  • A first-level university degree in a related field; an advanced university degree is preferred.

  • Typically 8+ years as an instructional designer or similar role.

  • Typically 6+ years experience managing multiple large projects.

  • Typically 2+ years of experience working closely with technical leaders, managers, and employees.

The base pay range for this role is $126,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
