Were looking for an exceptional HVAC Technician to deliver the highest quality customer experience in residential HVAC repair, sells, and installation. You will diagnose, sell, and repair heating and cooling systems. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions that can make their home more comfortable than before. We are committed to treating customers with the best service we can provide. You will have goals and all bonuses are performance based. We will teach you a tested and proven way of creating alternative solutions that a customer can choose from.

HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment issues.
  • Listen to customers to determine their needs and be confident to discuss all solution methods and products available.
  • Acknowledges the needs of the home and is strong at suggesting and closing sells quotes.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity of existing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

  • 12 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
