Bravera Health Spring Hill is an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital and Joint Commission accredited acute care facility with 124 beds located in beautiful and charming Spring Hill Florida. Celebrating over 25 years of care to the community, the care team is comprised of 400 associates, 100 volunteers, and over 200 highly-trained physicians providing care in 30 specialties. Performs phlebotomy functions and non-technical duties in areas including the hospital laboratory, outpatient and off-site services. Responsible for the safe and accurate collection and disposition of blood samples and responsible for performing associates laboratory duties.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred with any additional training or education desirable.

Experience:

Previous experience is desirable but not required.

Venipuncture and Micropuncture experience is desirable.

Licenses/Certifications:

Phlebotomy certification, phlebotomy trained certification eligible or appropriate on-the-job training required. BLS required.
