Aerotek Lead CNC Machinist in Spring City, Pennsylvania

Immediately Interviewing and Hiring a Lead CNC Machinist for manufacturer in Montgomery County. This is a Direct Hire

Description:

  • Lead and oversee a team of 4 - responsible for meeting production goals, delegating work, process improvement, performance reviews, and more.

  • Working Lead - will operate, set up, and edit G Code CNC Mills and Lathes, Fanuc controlled.

  • Read, understand and follow prints.

  • Perform basic tool changes and in-process inspection of machined components.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of CNC Lead type experience

  • Must have experience running and setting up a CNC Lathe machine

  • G-Code program editing

  • Must have experience with blueprints and measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Pay: Starting at $52,000-$64,480

Shift: 4 day, 10 hour shift (Monday-Thursday) with optional overtime (5-10 hours/week). This is a 2nd (10am-8:30pm presently) and would require training on 1st (5am-3:30pm) until ready.
