Parametrix Surveyor II-III in Spokane, Washington

Our Survey team is seeking a SURVEYOR II-III to join our Greater Washington team and be based out of Spokane or CDA. We care about your development and our survey team has a strong track record for our surveyors becoming licensed and experiencing career growth and opportunities. WHO YOU ARE: Professional: LIST or experienced Surveyor with applicable experience level looking for a position focused on field work, and which collaborates with our professional surveyors. Field-to-finish capabilities are preferred but not required. Your project experience and interest include roadway and interchange improvements, boundary work, subsurface utility networks, construction layout, and topographic and feature mapping. UAV/scanning experience desired but can be learned on the job. Experienced: In the field you can work independently with a solid understanding of control networks, topographic surveys, construction staking, level loops, monument recovery, and as-built surveys. You will be organized with the ability to understand scopes, plan daily field work, take field notes and complete projects within budget and schedule. Leica equipment and both office and field software experience is a plus. Relationship & Communication Focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, team player and you thrive on developing rapport with others to produce a quality product. The successful candidate must be team oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills and have a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Work ethic: The Survey team works hard and is looking for someone who can deliver projects in the field as needed, and in the office if experience, aptitude, and opportunity allow. You can work as a 1-person crew, but also thrive in a team environment.
