Volt is immediately hiring for a Remote ServiceNow Developer.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will:

  • Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions
  • Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation
  • Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget
  • Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
  • Conduct staff training on new procedures
  • Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors
  • Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field
  • 2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
  • ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay Range: $55 - $65 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
