MORAN FENCE INC Office-Yard Assistant in SPOKANE, Washington

Moran Fence Inc is currently looking for a full time individual to work in the office assisting with incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, emailing fence quotes, filling orders, doing material lists for DIY customers. Driving to deliver parts to crews and running for miscellaneous materials/supplies. Duties will also include cleaning of office and yard area including restrooms. Picking up debris in entire business area indoors and outdoors. If appropriate, duties may also include working in the yard, operating forklift, working with customers, loading and unloading trucks, pipe cutting and working with hand tools and assisting in gate shop stretching gates using small hand and power tools. Customer service skills, computer skill, phone etiquette, math skills, reading a tape measure and good communication skills are all important skills required for the job.  Apply In Person Please.   This is a construction type business so casual, weather appropriate attire is the dress code. Jeans and boots are OK!  Requirements: Must be 18yrs or older, per insurance requirements. Candidate must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles. Must be able to read a tape measure. Must have basic computer skills, math skills and customer service skills. Also, must be able to work in extreme weather conditions both hot and cold, inside and outside. Lifting, bending, stretching, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, cleaning, maneuvering stairs throughout the day are part of the daily tasks.
