Position Summary Details:

The Maintenance Technician position provides work of the mechanical, electrical and craft services;

Pay starting at $21.00 / hour

Essential Functions

  • Handles special work assignments and trouble calls.

  • Adhere to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed.

  • Learn and follow appropriate safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular inspections, report findings and report to the Chief Engineer and/or PM.

  • Perform any additional duties as directed by the Chief Engineer such as lighting, restroom, plumbing, equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Repair/replacement of lamps, ballasts, drivers etc;

  • Repair/replacement of restroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures. • Assist with mechanical preventative maintenance tasks. • Work closely with landscaping/janitorial and assist when/where needed. • Maintain a clean and safe work area(s). • Identify best practices regarding MT duties and discuss with supervisor regularly.

  • Maintain a clear line of written and verbal communication with Chief as well as PM.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience

  • 1 yr of similar work experience
