We're looking for someone with: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (required) A Washington State PE license (or can obtain one within six months) 8+ years of experience in design, planning, and implementation of water resource and civil engineering projects Increasing responsibility in project management, including scoping, client communication, invoicing, and managing the work of others Proficiently qualified to review the work of Engineers in Training Enthusiasm for civil engineering, learning, and creative thinking/problem solving Knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations that inform design To thrive in this position, you may also have these qualifications: Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, AutoCAD SSA, SWMM, HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, and StormShed3G Solid understanding of and experience with Washington State stormwater design and requirements Active participation in industry organizations About the Position In this role, you'll work with a highly collaborative team of engineers and civil technicians to: Provide project management support and task management on projects Prepare reports, figures, drawings, specifications, and other deliverables Provide detailed engineering calculations Create hydrologic and hydraulic models Perform field work, data collection/analysis, and documentation for stormwater projects Coordinate with teammates on projects to ensure proper and timely execution Review others' work to ensure quality control, completeness, and accuracy of team deliverables Show up for your colleagues and positively contribute to the team's culture, learning, and growth Location This positionwill be based in our Spokane office.
