Duties:

  • Kitchen cabinet design and door sales

Pay $16.50 for 90 days 7% commission after with no income cap

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience

  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new arrivals

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Russian/Ukrainian speakers welcome

  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts

  • Knowledge of layout design for effective product placement

  • Experience in remodeling or renovating is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep track of customer orders

  • Excellent customer service skills to provide assistance and resolve any issues

  • Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is preferred but not required
