Job Description:

  • Maintains customer machine files, reviews purchase orders, prepares progress billings, and reconciles shipped projects.

  • Prepares parts and miscellaneous invoices, including freight, storage, and vendor direct (drop-shipped); balances monthly sales journal to ledger and accounts receivable aging; assists in processing Field Service invoicing as required.

  • Prepares daily deposits, posts cash receipts, and reconciles variances; processes customer credit card payments.

  • Reviews customer accounts for credit and collection issues, makes corporate collection calls, and resolves disputes.

  • Reconciles and prepares month-end reports, including machine revenue, accounts receivable, cash receipts, deferred revenue, freight invoicing, and other schedules.

  • Assists Accounting department with other tasks and duties, as requested.
