As a First Transit Supervisor you will assist in Training, Safety programs and implementation. Supports individual and organizational performance improvement by way of a training, development, promotion and growth assignments. Performs pull out checks, pull in checks and vehicle assignments. Assists with answering phones and next day scheduling for Drivers. Assist in Safety programs and implementation Completion of new hire, annual, re-training and road evaluations for employees assigned by Manager. Assisting in Downed Vehicle Tracker, Attendance Tracker and End of day Mileage tracking. Experience & Skills Required: 1 to 2 years transportation experience and holding minimum of a Class C CDL with passenger endorsement for 2 years Basic knowledge and awareness of federal and state rules / regulations regarding drivers licensing requirements Ability to prioritize and organize self and tasks and be self-supported. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization.
