Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
