Validates sales and data entry that come into the branch from various sales teams and technicians. Audits sale by calling customers after a service agreement is completed. Schedules work with the new client. Serves as the Branch's onboarding specialist for the new customer. This is a full-time position, hourly non-exempt position. The hourly rate of pay is $17 to $20 per hour (dependent on experience). Job Description Verify sales from Neighborhood Sales team and all Residential Salesman. Name, address ,zip code, phone numbers, email, pre-notification choice, services sold with prices and what the services entails, how many visits, pricing and instructions. Data entry of all sales, including scanning all service agreements and maps and attaching to files. Scheduling the sales to be done 3-4 days from point of sale. Assist in answering phones and any extra reports for the branch. Assist Branch Manager with administrative duties if necessary Responsible for light janitorial duties within the office Tracking and ordering office supplies May assist Branch Manager with human resources functions like pre-employment processes and new hire onboarding May be required to outside of normal schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as it may be necessary to fulfil the duties or the needs of the business. Expected to have regular attendance for scheduled shifts, and to notify supervisor within a timely manner of absenteeism or tardiness Maintain a neat and clean appearance as outlined in Senske's employee handbook.
