Job Purpose The work involved is related to the support and development of self-paced training forthe Global Training & Development function. This position is responsible for the development of customdesigned, self-paced training programs to support the EnerSys Global Academy. Note: This is a fully remote role but will include 25% international travel Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create course outlines, working with stakeholders and SMEs formally and informally for TrainingNeeds Analysis to develop learning & performance objectives that align strategically to thebusiness need. Develop course storyboards that clearly outline content flow, interaction, use cases/scenarios,summary and retention elements. Design and develop interactive online courseware, working through an iterative process andusing rapid eLearning authoring tools. Creates learning and performance support resources using tools such as PowerPoint, ArticulateStoryline, Captivate, genially or other(s). Designs performance support and learning materials, such as facilitator guides, job aids,information resources, video, presentations and e-Learning based on end-learner needs. Evaluate training and make improvements. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Qualifications COMPETENCIES: Project management skills. Language skills including the ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professionalmanner; ability to train others and train the trainers; ability to read, analyze and interpret technicalprocedures, governmental regulations, and other literature. Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situationswhere only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written,oral, or diagram form. Ability to work independently and ability to create relationships with field personnel and management. Instructional Design - Able to design, develop and evaluate training programs as assigned/required.
