The Role

The Senior Demand Planner will preferably come from an ecommerce background, and sit within an evolving team within the business, reporting into the Head of Brand Development. They will help to develop and evolve processes, develop reports and analyse trends. This person should be comfortable in a start-up environment that is implementing new processes and systems and should therefore be adaptable and help with the transition of these changes.

Responsibilities:

· Develop highly collaborative relationships with other functional teams to ensure demand requirements are understood and transmitted to supply planning.

· Control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intake (WSSI), reviewing sales forecast based on performance and making informed recommendations for action.

· Support the development and implementation of improved forecasting and demand planning.

· Regularly check for slow moving and obsolete products, report and follow up closely working with other functional teams.

· Critical path management and the development of strong supplier relationships to ensure on time targets for the business.

· Management of the buying and shipping cycle of goods inbound.

Skills:

· 3+ years' experience in planning role within an eCommerce organisation

· International experience preferable but not essential

· Experience with working with or assisting to develop forecast modelling and planning.

· Advanced Excel skills
