2nd Shift Machine Operator position 2:30PM-11PM ($17-18/hr. depending on experience) Monday-Friday Job Responsibilities: -To provide quality effective parts while meeting production targets -Communicate with previous operator in regards to machine performance and production run during shift overlap -Check and ensure proper tooling is at your workstation -Checking parts on gauges -Check and ensure all fluid levels are full -Ensure all proper documentation is at work station -Perform SPC's and in-process inspection, as instructed -Record daily occurrences in Log Book -Ensures work area is neat and orderly -Operate your work area as specified in Work Instructions and as laid out by the Production Supervisor -Continually checking and monitoring the process at your work center in order to ensure the highest quality of each part manufactured at your station is in accordance with specifications and inspection procedures

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

work hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

  • Obtain empty steel and/or plastic totes for finish product

  • Forward finish product to next operation

  • Checking parts on gauges

  • Check and ensure all fluid levels are full

  • Ensure all proper documentation is at work station

  • Perform SPC's and in-process inspection, as instructed

  • Record daily occurrences in Log Book

  • Ensures work area is neat and orderly

  • Operate your work area as specified in Work Instructions and as laid out by the Production Supervisor

  • Continually checking and monitoring the process at your work center in order to ensure the highest quality of each part manufactured at your station is in accordance with specifications and inspection procedures

  • Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures

  • Ensure daily and weekly maintenance
