MONROE COUNTY PERSONNEL Justice Programs Specialist in SPARTA, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Do you have an interest in the Justice system and enjoy helping others? If so, the Monroe County Justice Programs might have the job for you. We are hiring for full-time Justice Program Specialist. Our Justice Programs Specialist works with the bond monitoring and electronic monitoring program. This position is responsible for encouraging and providing participants tools needed to make changes in their lives towards sobriety and successful completion of the program. Justice Programs Specialists are responsible for explaining and enforcing the rules of the program while controlling behavior problems and imposing discipline as needed. This position will develop and maintain individual case plans for participant self-improvement while tracking participant work and home activities while on electronic monitoring. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of one-year experience working with incarcerated adults or juveniles or other closely related experience is preferred.
