Description Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting permanent placement is recruiting to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk position for a manufacturing company located at USA Parkway.
This is a hybrid role that would require travel to the plant only a couple of times per week.
The position entails matching, batching, coding and assisting with check runs. In addition, vendor communication including reviewing e-mailed inquiries, including review of vendor statements to confirm all invoices have been entered/paid, and responding or escalating as required. In addition general accounting support work from time to time will be required. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of accounting experience. Good computer skills and strong communication skills are a must. The ability to work well autonomously and be self-disciplined while working from home is imperative. Strong organization skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Microsoft Excel experience preferred
