REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SYMANTEC

Join Symantec's high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth by strategically managing and expanding our presence within the region. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to Symantec's success in delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. The territory you will be responsible for is Spain and Portugal.

As a Regional Sales Manager for Symantec , you will be a key individual contributor responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts within Iberia region. Your focus will be on driving upsell opportunities and acquiring new clients to expand Symantec's market presence in the cybersecurity landscape in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of a designated set of accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients,

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive upsell within existing accounts and secure net new logo acquisitions,

  • Driving results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities,

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Symantec's product portfolio and staying informed about industry trends,

  • Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, along with regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback,

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach.

What are we looking for?

  • 5 years+ of related experience in sales/account management selling IT solutions and security products to end customer,

  • Ability to negotiate and to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers,

  • Can do attitude,

  • Spanish fluent and good business English. Portuguese is a plus.
