Includes buying, budgeting, and supervision of 1 staff and several volunteers. Ensuring gift shop policies and procedures are followed, and responsible for retail management plan, merchandising, marketing, sellingdisplay, special events, inventory, buying management, budgeting and financial management of the gift shop. Work with the Board of Directors of the HOCC at Bradley Memorial Auxiliary to ensure proper fiscal responsibility. Responsible for Merchandise Management,Sales and Customer service andBusiness Aspects of Gift Shop / / * * / / Minimum: High School Graduate or equivalent. 3-5 years retail experience along with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and staff training experience. Preferred: Associates Degree in business, liberal arts or related field 5-8 years retail experience along with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Experience working with volunteers.
