The tkMNA group is headquartered in Southfield, MI (USA).Summary of Position: The tkMNA Finance Group is facilitating reporting requirements in support of decision-making processes for a range of internal stakeholders on various organizational levels. Being a service-oriented function, interaction with its internal customers is essential for the success in this position. The individual would report at the Corporate Controller tkMNA and focus on overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of the internal financial management reporting system (actual and plan) and associated analyses. Other responsibilities would include - but not be limited to - budget and credit support, tracking and reporting of performance enhancement projects as well as support of other reporting and analysis requirements.  Key Accountabilities: Provide support with financial month-end, forecast and budget reporting Oversee preparation and distribution of month-end reporting packages Facilitate credit coordination and analyses Perform data analysis and ad hoc requests Streamline financial reporting system (process improvement) Support tracking and reporting of performance enhancement projects Prepare competitor benchmarking Perform any other duties as required Your profile Qualifications: Possess a bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as pre-requisite Have 2 to 5 years of progressive (financial) data modulation and analysis experience Applicants should be creative and self-motivated Commitment to continuous improvement in process efficiency and content quality Ability to handle multiple tasks, focus on details, ensure app
