Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
Provide product knowledge and information to customers
Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
Meet sales goals and targets set by management
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers
Sales knowledge is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Basic math skills for calculating discounts, totals, and change
Proficient in English language
Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Part-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Day shift
- 20-30 hours per week
