Manage a team of three (3) Software Engineers providing high-level quality assurance for the design and development of embedded electronic control systems. Define organizational processes based on internal requirements (including ESC and best practices) and external OEM requirements (including ASPICE, Functional Safety, and CyberSecurity). Strategically deploy and train design projects on organizational processes. Support department goals, as well as customer requirements (including ASPICE CL3, Functional Safety ASIL level A/B/C, and Cybersecurity). Perform internal ASPICE assessments and co-assess external assessments. Attend and support customer meetings, and management and stakeholder meetings, to support larger PI initiatives. Maintain process asset library and management tools, Stages. Plan and lead Process Improvement (PI) initiatives. Provide project support, create and maintain schedules, and assign resources to PI and projects. Coach and monitor team members, perform reviews, and provide feedback. Develop associates by creating Individual Develop Plans (IDP), training needs, G&Os, and Performance Management Process (PMP). Create and provide metrics and reports to management and stakeholders.
