  • Department: Eastwood- Men's Residential Facility

  • Schedule: FULL time (40 hours per week) Rotating Shifts- Days of the week TBD - will include some weekend hours mostly day or afternoon shifts with occasional midnights when needed

  • Facility: Eastwood Recovery Center

  • Location: Southfield, MI

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior support plans under the direction of leadership.

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.

  • Collect, record, and report data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines.

  • Alert team members to any areas of concern.

  • Complete informal evaluations as required.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • A valid Michigan Driver's License is required.

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
